In this self-paced course, you will gain the skills required to install, deploy, configure, and maintain the key features available with NuPoint Unified Messaging. Certification is obtained by the successful completion of an exam contained within the course.

This training is for those responsible for supporting the MiCollab Advanced Messaging server. This training includes installation, maintenace and design of the MiCollab Advanced Messaging systems. Additionally this training includes Unified Messaging. This training is offered as a self-study course with accompanying exam.

The MiContact Center Installation and Maintenance (I&M) Course provides advanced hands-on training that teaches you how to successfully install and maintain an Enterprise Contact Center configuration. Installation and maintenance topics covered include Contact Center Management ACD, Multimedia, and IVR Routing —Visual Workflow Manager. This course, along with a separate practical Certification Exam, provides new technicians with a MiContact Center Business I&M Certification and qualifies them for MiContact Center Business system support. NOTE: This course alone does not provide a certification. You must take and pass the practical exam to obtain a MiContact Center Business Installation and Maintenance Technical Certification.

This training introduces the Mitel MiContact Center Enterprise Call Center system and deals with the installation, configuration, management and troubleshooting of the core facilities of the system. The MiCC Enterprise Core 1 covers the fundamental tasks involved with the system, whilst the Core part 2 course covers the remaining components. Both parts must be completed for full certification. Certification is obtained by the successful completion of the practical exam at the end of the course.

The Mitel Interaction Recording Installation & Configuration course provides hands-on training that teaches students how to successfully install this application. This course is delivered using MiVoice Business call control; therefore, students should refer to Mitel technical documentation to understand how to install & configure this application on other Mitel call control platforms. Certification is achieved by successfully completing the course and practical exam given the last day of class.

This MIR Troubleshooting course covers fundamental tasks to identify and troubleshoot common issues MIR installations might encounter. This remote leader led course provides technicians with a deep knowledge on troubleshooting MIR and qualifies them for related support tasks. NOTE: This course does not provide a certification.
