MiContact Center Enterprise
This training introduces the Mitel MiContact Center Enterprise Call Center system and deals with the installation,
configuration, management and troubleshooting of the core facilities of the system.
The MiCC Enterprise Core 1 covers the fundamental tasks involved with the system, whilst the Core part 2 course
covers the remaining components. Both parts must be completed for full certification.
Certification is obtained by the successful completion of the practical exam at the end of the course.
