CloudLink Onboarding Self Study

CloudLink is a platform that provides a rich suite of application-enabling services such as chat, user presence, notifications, user management and telephony services just to name a few. Along with Mitel developed CloudLink applications (e.g., Mitel Administration for MiVoice Business) and integrations to 3rd Party applications, the Mitel Developer API Program opens a whole world of customization and integration options for Mitel products. Third-party developers can create their own custom applications to run off Mitel’s infrastructure. A Third-party developer will be able to add Mitel functionality seamlessly into third party applications and easily integrate their solution into the rest of their customer’s IT ecosystem (traditional on-premises products or cloud based).

Certification is achieved by successful completion of the course exam.
