The MiVoice MX-ONE Core training covers fundamental tasks involved in installating, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting MiVoice MX-ONE system. Together, both courses qualify new technicians with MiVoice MX-One Installation and Maintenance certification with practical exams taken as part of the courses.
