MiVoice Connect

In this training module you will learn how to install and configure the software and essential hardware involved in every MiVoice Connect Onsite solution. Through self-paced instruction and knowledge checks, you learn to perform the primary steps required to implement a MiVoice Connect Onsite Solution, including server software installation, creating sites, adding Mitel Voice Switch hardware and IP telephones. IMPORTANT: Included in this module is the MiVoice Connect Installation and Maintenance online examination required to contact Technical Support.
