MiVoice Business

This MiVoice Business I&M course covers fundamental tasks to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot two networked MiVoice Business systems in a Resilient configuration. This course, along with a separate practical Certification Exam, provides new technicians with a MiVoice Business I&M Certification and qualifies them for MiVoice Business system support. NOTE: This course alone does not provide a certification. You must take and pass the practical exam to obtain a MiVoice Business Installation and Maintenance Technical Certification.
