Earners of this certification have an in-depth knowledge of installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of an MX-One system with a focus on SIP devices and SIP trunking. Successful students have completed a hands-on practical exam demonstrating these abilities. Certification(s) completed: MiVoice MX-One Core Part 1 and Part 2.
